Firstly, a teacher should understand that nobody learns in the same way. There is not a standard way of teaching or learning. If he is aware of that it will be easier to help students. Students don’t usually think about how they learn best. They just focus on the teacher. Whatever he does is the best way of learning for students. In other words, it turns out that the teacher’s style is the student’s style. I think, in that situation the teacher’s role is very important. The teacher can provide learning opportunities by integrating and implementing different learning styles and strategies into classroom. The teacher can make students discover and develop their own learning style and make them more successful. The teacher who is aware of all learning styles and also, try to make his students aware of them can make successful learners and show them what they are capable of.
I think not every student is aware of their learning styles. Thus A teacher should provide information about learning styles and strategies so that the students find the best way for themselves. A teacher's job is not just teach the content, but also teach how to learn and how to make learning easier.
Today many students don't aware of their learning styles. They don't know how to learn or which the best way for tem to learn something. Thus, a teacher should be a guide for them. Because students don't know their learning styles, teacher's teaching is important. Teacher should try to address more than one learning style. Therefore; many students with different type of styles can learn something from that teacher.
The teacher is generally the one who determines what kind of activities will be done in the classroom. The teacher is also the one who knows how to adress different kinds of inteligences adress. For this reaosnd the teeacher has great effect on students learning style.
